About not being able to receive email support
Hello everyone,
My Apex Legends account was wrongly banned on October 14th. I filed an appeal immediately . At that time, my mind was very confused . I didn't explain the situation clearly . My initial appeal received a response , although the outcome was disappointing . At that time, after finishing my ranked match, I chose to play Quicker matches . Then i want to relax to play my phone. But , I received some bad news; I can't log in . When I restarted APEX, the page showed that my account was banned . And now , I want to attempt to appeal for the second time . The page showed "This issue isn't supported by advisors" . I don't know why . As a player, I have already played for over 1,000 hours . I know, these moments don't mean much compared to others. But after getting into this game, I feel like it will be with me for a long time . That's why this punishment is so hard for me. I am an ordinary player, and cheating makes me feel ashamed. I know the forum cannot lift the ban. But the page is showing this problem, and I don't know what to do. This page can't even proceed to the next step. I hope you can tell me how to proceed to the next step .

Sorry to hear the EA Help site is populating that page. Could you try these steps and let me know if that helped the case send through?

- Open a private window / incognito mode
- Click on this guide: Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
- Scroll to the bottom and select 'Contact Us'
- DO NOT SIGN IN > Click 'Continue as Guest' instead
- Fill in the information asked for, and for the 'email address' part, try using a different email address for now.
- Click 'Submit'
