Thanks for your reply . I know I need to ask for help from the EA TOS TEAM .That's what i do. Then the page shows the image I uploaded . Is there another way to contact the EA TOS TEAM ?

Sorry to hear the EA Help site is populating that page. Could you try these steps and let me know if that helped the case send through?
Let's see...could you try this workaround, and let us know how you get on with those steps?
- Open a private window / incognito mode
- Click on this guide: Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions
- Scroll to the bottom and select 'Contact Us'
- DO NOT SIGN IN > Click 'Continue as Guest' instead
- Fill in the information asked for, and for the 'email address' part, try using a different email address for now.
- Click 'Submit'
Hopefully, that helps the case connect through so our Terms of Service team can look into your ban for you.
