False Bans…

I returned to the game recently after the ARC Raiders release and was surprised to find that my account was banned for “gameplay enhancement.” I genuinely don’t understand how this decision was made?

I’m currently only a Silver 3 player. In the games I played since returning, I didn’t even reach 2000 damage once. My movement is worse than it used to be, my aim has been inconsistent, and my overall game sense clearly isn’t where it was before my break. Nothing about my recent gameplay would suggest any form of enhancement.

I have never cheated in any game, and it’s frustrating to receive a ban like this without what appears to be a proper review. I would really appreciate it if my account and recent matches could be reviewed again so this situation can be clarified.
