I would appreciate a moment of your time to review this situation. I have played your game for years and have always respected both the rules and the code of conduct. My account was not banned for harassment or behavioral issues—the ban was specifically issued for alleged cheating or the use of gameplay enhancements.

What I do not understand is how I could receive a warning in 2024 and then suddenly receive a permanent ban in 2026 for cheating, particularly when my previous appeal was closed by your team rather than by me.

As a long-time and loyal player, it is difficult to accept a cheating ban without being given the opportunity for a proper review. My appeal was closed as a “duplicate case,” which prevented any meaningful investigation into the situation.

I respectfully ask that you review when and how this ban was applied. If my gameplay history and statistics are examined, it should be clear that there is no evidence of cheating or the use of any gameplay enhancements. My performance and overall statistics do not reflect the use of any exploit or unfair advantage.

This situation feels extremely unfair, especially as someone who has supported the game for years and spent a significant amount of money while consistently following the rules and code of conduct.

I would sincerely appreciate a proper review of my account and the circumstances surrounding this ban.

My email adress got hacked and they changed my login details and played on my account. They were cheating and got it banned. Now im trying to appeal getting my account unbanned. 

I only recovered my account a couple days ago and they should have record of it. 

I also need someone to have a look at the circumstances around my account. Let me know if you get your account back bro

I was literally going to create a forum thread for the same thing. My account was banned on Feb 20 for the same Gameplay enhancement issue. It is not just you, it is alot of people me and many others. There is another forum thread someone created.  EA_Barry​ we'd really appreciate if this could be looked at by someone.

i just heard back from my seccond appeal and they have denied me getting my account unbanned. it just seams that its not a person that is reviewing my appeal and that it is a bot. they are not taking into account my circumstances and just denying me because there were cheats used on the account by someone who hacked my account and stole it. 

EA_Barry​ i would really appreciate it if someone looked at this and actually seen all the proof that i have provided showing that im telling the truth. it seams unfair to be penalised for someone elses transgressions.

Also for your case, you just need to download you account data, share a screenshot that the account was used on another IP which is different than your usual IP address. I think that should sort the issue you're facing. 

SadPotatoX​ how do i download my account data. and shouldnt they have the record of my account. they would be able to see that im telling the truth. still not hear back yet hopefully i can get my account back

This same exact thing happened to me after not playing for a while. I have never had a penalty on my account, and I'm met with the same ban reason randomly. I submitted an appeal and a day later I received a reply saying the decision still stands because I was "cheating." I've never cheated before and I feel like whoever checks these appeals doesn't even put in the time to actually check out the reason and gameplay.

Then second last option. If your account is old like 2018 something it'll take 1-2 days to get it but you'll get an email.
