Acc hacked, the guy cheated, acc got banned and now i have waited 2 weeks

Okay, two weeks ago my account got hacked and the guy cheated on my Apex Legends account, i got my account back and its secure but now i have been banned for two weeks or more, and i have gotten so many promises from EA people that i will get unbanned. The first one was around 24hrs, then 72hrs, then it was 5 days, then around a week and it has now been 2 weeks or so without any answer from EA.

Now im not mad or anything, but i just missed the fight night event and the new season and the Apex anniversary is around the corner and it just ruins everything when u miss something you've waited for, so is there any chance anyone can help?

    I see it's been a couple of weeks since your case was submitted. It's still awaiting investigation. We can't help with this over Answers HQ, but try opening a new case to get in touch with an advisor or use our Twitter (@EAHelp) or Facebook support (facebook.com/eahelphub). Do not resume the existing case as that will pull it from the queue and cause a further delay with getting a response. The advisor will look into this and let you know if anything can be done. If you want to open a case, that can be done here. Thanks!
