EA_Claus I appreciate your suggestion but if I had not already tried it I'd not be posting here. I am already aware that you guys cannot deal with bans but this is a forum and we are allowed to share our concerns. Only if you had taken a look at what I posted.
The problem me and alot of other players have right now is that the appeals are being denied automatically. I have gotten replies within 12 hours for all my 9 appeals and 1 was denied on a weekend even. It is the same template message. Now some streamers also had the same issue where their appeals were being rejected and they posted on twitter and they got their account back after EA confirmed that the ban was a mistake.
Now I can't become a streamer overnight right? That is the reason I made a post here. I totally agree with you a proper review might take time. I even ready to wait for a month, hell lets call it 3 months I'll wait. I am on my 10th appeal after this the ticket would auto close (already happened to somebody on this forum)
I am really sorry if this comes off as rude, I have nothing against anybody. All I am trying to say is that the game seems to have an issue, that issue must be address in a proper manner so that people like me can enjoy the game again. I know this wasn't related to the mouse, but EA didn't disclose what cause it.
