Sorry to hear about your Apex account getting hacked like that. The forums can't do anything with bans, but try heading to help.ea.com/customer-care and submitting a case through the hacked account/support option. Explain the timeline of the compromise and that you're blocked from normal appeals. Include whatever proof you have (logins, IPs, etc.) and they should look into it. Good luck getting it sorted.
Thank you for taking your time to reply. Ive tried all of that and they all send me to submit an appeal which obviously doesn’t work. What I mean by it doesn’t work its the fact that when I click submit I get sent over to this page that has no resolution nor option for me. Everything else sends me to an advisor that tells me that I need to click submit and appeal and contact terms of service by email but as you can see not an option.

Yeah, the appeal process is unreliable and puts a lot of hacked account players in that exact loop with no real option. I hope you can get it resolved!

Does that page in the screenshot you shared load after you click submit on the violation logged in the Penalty History tool?

HelloEA_Lanna, No this is from webform. I don't have anything in the penalty history because the hacker tried appealing the ban.

Apologies, I missed this notification. If there's no way to send in an appeal through the Penalty History or the web form, please get in touch with our support team and let them know what's happening. They may be able to assist you with an appeal from there.
To reach them, follow these steps:
- Open this guide, scroll to the bottom, and click on 'Contact Us'
- The EA NextSteps chatbot will ask a few questions. I would recommend treating this as a hacked account only for now, and use only a few words when responding to the bot's questions. You can clarify the issues by sending in a ban appeal once connected with the support team.
- Once you finish with the chatbot, this page should load. Under 'Contact an advisor', select the option to 'Chat with us'.
