Account disabled

I woke up to my ea account “disabled” It doesnt tell me why i got disabled or even how long IM disabled for. Ive tried contacting ea multiple times just for them to say, we cant help contact this department yada yada yada. Ive emailed them multiple times…nothing out of it…..ive done “chat with us” just for them to say we dont have access to that information and go to so and so department. The ban/suspension/disable doesnt even show up in my ban history on ea’s website. One email i received from ea also said they dont see any ban on my account….the ban or whatever you want to call it is definitely there on my apex though. Any advice or thoughts?

  • toxic_Align​ Are you seeing a message saying that the account itself is disabled or that the account is registered to an email ending in "disabled.ea.com"?

    If the account itself is disabled, you can try talking to the EA TOS Team to see if there's a ban on your account, (and if there is, you would need to appeal the ban with them as well).

    If your account is registered to a "disabled.ea.com" email, then you would need to contact EA Support, and ask them change the email back to your email.

    Furthermore, the ban history unfortunately doesn't show every single ban that's placed on your EA Account, (so its possible that there is a ban in place).

    If you do see this screen in-game, than you are banned, (otherwise its another issue with your EA and/or platform account(s)):

    Note: Account related issues, (such as bans), cannot be handled on the forums, as those can only be handled by EA, (whereas most issues are handled by EA Support, while bans are handled by the EA TOS Team).
