For the past couple of months ive been trying to regain access to my old EA account which had 3 heirlooms on.
I created the account years ago and could not remember some details.
They dont even tell you what you got wrong. This account got hacked 4 years ago and they cant even let me get it back.
The worst game support ive ever received.
That happened to me too. My account got hacked a year ago, the hacker used my Apex account, and then suddenly my account got banned by EA's Terms of Service team. I think you can just make a new account then. What a disgracefull company, only milking their customer with microtransaction slop, and what a trash customer service.
Oh right and when u contact us, or contact the advisor, They will wash their hands of the matter. and they dont give a f*ck about ur account mate.
I think its better stop playing game from this EA company then, they are still better game out there.

Sorry you’ve been having such a rough time with this.
If the account was hacked before and you’re still trying to get back into it now, I can understand why that would be really frustrating, especially if some of the original account details are hard to remember after so long.
Unfortunately, account recovery issues like this can’t really be handled here on the forums. If you can’t access the account normally, please try recovering the attached email account first, or sign in through any linked platform account if one is still connected. If neither of those works, support can try to recover the account directly. It also helps to have ready the original email address, any linked usernames like your EA ID or console ID, and any purchase or invoice details you still have.
