Long story short, ive been playing massively Apex Legends, and my account got suspened for 1 week out of blue for my avatar which ive been using it since 2015, i havent received any warning email any...
@Alphabets As I understand they're different teams and different specialisations, and it's possible the avatar was reported.
@TigersMillk From your description of the ban going long and the duplicate mails there may be a system error there, we'll see if there's anything we can see on our end.
Just for general info/clarity this isn't us being able to interject around a ban, but what appears to be an error around the application of the ban, as folks should get one mail that clearly states ban length.
