Account under sanction? for no reason.

Yesterday, at 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM I was playing apex legends, then left to go to work for a few hours. I get home at 10:00 PM and attempt to log in, where I was redirected to a " Sing in failure, sign in is currently unavailable" I proceeded to check my internet connection and even reached out to a friend to see if his Origin was working. Everything seemed to check out fine, I tried to use google chrome to log into my account, and was again stopped by the same message. At this point, I was worried my account may have been hacked or something so I proceeded to report a " technical issue" and through the prompts, a message appeared with a message saying 

"It looks like your account or the game account where you're trying to get help broke our rules.

Think your account was banned or suspended by mistake? We can create a case for you to get help with that instead. "

Extremely confused I tried to reach out to EA support to resolve this, but I was only given the option to contact through via email. Frustrated at the endless searching for a result, I made a new account which in fact I was able to contact a person through chat or call.

I started with a chat assuming the issue could be resolved in no time, seeing that I did nothing wrong at all and never received any notification of my account being "sanction"  ( went through all my emails, trash, spam etc) in the chat I was completely blown off and the person had no interest in helping me resolve the issue, so I decided to take this too a call where the person Joe who was actually able to help me, and was extremely nice and understanding. explained to me that I

A. I never received a notification about my account being "Sanction" which was confusing.

B. I had no way of finding out why my account had a sanction on it until I was contacted by the right person.  

Now with this in mind, still empty handed the next day with no answer, no direct contact information and completely running out of options, I am left to ask this board for help.

1. what do I do to find out what happened. ?

2. who do I contact?

3. has this happened to anyone else?

    When your account is actioned with a ban or suspension, you need to contact the ToS team.
