Account under sanction? for no reason.

Yesterday, at 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM I was playing apex legends, then left to go to work for a few hours. I get home at 10:00 PM and attempt to log in, where I was redirected to a " Sing in failure, sign...

    When your account is actioned with a ban or suspension, you need to contact the ToS team.
    You can contact the Tos team: here.

    Read this post careful and follow the steps explained to appeal your ban or suspension.
    This can take up to 5 business days.

    @Zeelmaekers why would I have to wait 5 business days? I actually never received any official information on my "sanction on my account"  no email nothing. I would like to get into contact with someone now, before i dispute all my transactions i made in the game.

      Terms of Service and User Agreements are clear. You have to wait for the appeal to be processed. Who banned you? Origin? Respawn? Easy Anti-Cheat?

        @Bowi_QC  I don't know at all, I never received an email or anything about this. I had to actually go through a whole process within the support page to find out. All i want is some answers, on what happened and what is going to happen.
