Account was banned by mistake
I believe my EA account was banned by mistake, and I have been submitting appeals regarding this issue. However, when I checked the EA website today, I found that my enforcement history is completely empty, and my appeal case has already been closed. At the moment, I no longer have any available channel to submit an appeal, and there is no enforcement record shown on my account. Despite this, when I log into the game normally, it still indicates that my account is banned. Could you please help clarify what might be causing this issue?
