"Are you and your son sending those friend requests using the EA ID?" we are just sending them via the in game requests by searching for the player
I've checked my settings and my game tags are searchable across all platforms.
I've not been able to log into my sons account (teen account) online to see his preferences, EA doesn't seem to allow it, even though he has an email and password setup.
how do i check his details and settings are correct?
I know there's a house hold section which will allow me to link a teen a account to mine, but will that cause problems when trying play online together?
