False Bans "gameplay enhancement"

I've been silently looking at the discussions over the past week about the so called "gameplay enhancement" bans. I also have been banned on April 28th.
I’ve appealed the ban three times, each time specifically asking for a human review because I know I did not cheat, and I believe a real person reviewing the case would be able to see that. The Community Managers have stated that the ToS team uses templates for their responses, and the replies I received do appear automated. That should not be the case when permanently banning an older account. We need more transparency and actual information about what caused these bans.
My Sanction History removed the permanent ban, i can't see it anymore.
When the ban disappeared from my sanction history, I honestly thought I had received a silent unban. However, when I launched the game, I was met with a message saying that my account was locked. I then contacted support for clarification, but they told me the account was still banned and rejected my appeal shortly afterward.
My Account: 5,000 hours played, over 100k kills, and a lot of money spent on the game — yet it feels like the only way to actually get a proper manual review on your account is by being a streamer or a YouTuber.
I’m not a ranked player — I mainly grind kills in pubs, especially in modes like Three Strikes, Revival, and Wildcard.

My thoughts: From the discussions I’ve seen, it was mostly MNK players claiming they were falsely banned. Of course, I can’t know whether other people cheated or not, so I can’t speak for them. What I do know is that I was banned despite not cheating, which makes me more willing to believe others in similar situations. The problem is that we have no way to prove our innocence when we’re given no information about what supposedly caused the ban in the first place.
How are we expected to properly appeal without any details?
Did anyone get unbanned after appealing?
Are you guys using mnk, when yes what are ur peripherals?
What can we do?
