ADMIN Chat Warning

So last week sometime I was angry at one of my teammates, because they were playing intentionally troll-like not helping me and other guy to say the least... long story short I messaged/typed: "why are you playing like a C-word?" - the C-word was not censored as such though ofc, and I received instantly a message that says: ADMIN: You are attempting to send messages that go against our community standards. Please uphold a respectful and collaborative environment with your teammates!

So I understand, and will abstain from doing so in the future, but I keep getting this message every time I log into the game... I'm wondering if this is a bug, or intentional to have this thing keep popping up and staying on the screen for like a minute each time I restart the game? If so how long will it be doing this for, forever?
