ALC (Advanced Look Controls) Value Help.

Trying to set up the ALC (Advanced look controls) in Apex Legends and running into issues. Sensitivity in the default menu has a maximum of 8, Inside the ALC menu it's 500.

My question is, What would the value in the ALC menu need to be, to be equal to 6 sensitivity and an ADS sensitivity of 5 from the default menu.

Did I confuse anyone with this question? I can re-write if need be.
