The OP isn't by any means saying some legends are faster than others, its a matter of how the run animation feels when observing it.
Running as gibby feels slow and clunky despite the fact he is moving at the same speed as everyone else. It's something that effects the "feel" of the legend rather than the actual application and it can be quite off putting as stated.
Amazing how something as simple as arms swinging can have such a profound effect on a players user experience. XD

Height makes a difference in feel for movement. I used to drive a mustang and on the weekends would take my truck offroading. When I would leave the house and get on the highway in my truck it would feel like I was going so slow compared to my car which was significantly lower to the ground.
As a caustic main, any time I play another legend I feel like a little turbocharged kid, unless of course it is pathfinder then about the same.
- 6 years ago@mastiffslinger That reminds me of Overwatch. I used to play relatively big heroes, and then I tried torbjorn once. It was a strange experience, as he is super short.
I think this is just a game choice that doesn’t really have much reason behind it, it just is.
