Guys tell me how to get amnesty for obscene language. How to do it if you realized the guilt and apologize!

That's exactly what I did. Pleaded guilty. Explained that this game is the only thing I can play after work. And I don't want to give it up. I also wrote that I will definitely not do it again.
But I got a generic response....
@ZemerT They always give out a generic response but they do review the cases individually. On the other hand, if you have exhausted all of the attempts to appeal the ban, it is final unfortunately. No one the forums can reverse bans, even the mods.
I understand banning for cheating. But giving a permanent for vocabulary is overkill.

- @ZemerT They usually don’t give out permanent bans unless what you’ve said in chat is really nasty. Did you get minor suspensions before?
