Any hope for Seer?
He is one for the low tier legends and among the least picked legends. I wonder if they ever fix it…

@Cheese9Man You can reset his ultimate to launch but have it shrink over time.
I think the tactical is a little too much like Revenant's.
Honestly, I think they could replace him and the game would be better for it.
