How do I merge my switch account with my higher level Xbox account.

I have a apex account on switch. I want to merge my switch account with my Xbox account. But I don't have the email for that account I deleted it I'm pretty sure. Am I cooked or can EA help I have the account on my switch. And I have the information for my Xbox account. Like can I get the information changed to newer information maybe or contact ea support.

Hello Nerdy_2417-Ninja,

you can contact EA Support to get help with changing the e-mail address that is connected to the EA account that is linked to your Xbox account.

Once you can access that account without issues, you can link your Switch account to that same EA/Xbox account.

Be carefull though - when you unlink an account (in this case your Switch account) and link it to another account, the progress and items from that account will not merge or move over. If there's items on your Switch account that you don't want to lose, I would recommend not moving the switch account to the Xbox account. Vice versa, i would not recommend unlinking the Xbox and linking it to the Switch account as you'd lose that higher level xbox account progress completely.

So you have two problems here which I'll try to answer seperately:

How do I merge

If you have your platform accounts all linked to the same EA account, then your Apex progression will carry over between them. But note that your progress is stored on the EA account level; if you (for example) unlink your Xbox and link it to a different EA account, all of the progress you had on Xbox will stay behind. There's no way to merge progress between two EA accounts, so if you played separately on two accounts you'd need to pick which progress you wanted.

I don't have the email for that account

For this one, I'd either reach out to the email provider you used to see if they can restore your email address, or otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. We can't help with account issues like this here on the forums, but they'll be able to take a look for you.
