Anyone else hate the bow already?

It can be fun to use but it's seriously annoying because it's practically silent. You can't tell where enemies are shooting from most of the time. I keep hearing arrows fly past me and I've no idea where they are coming from.

@DarthValtrex It really needs a nerf. With the damage enhance cheats that some provide im being head shot for 166 with it. A single shot is doing 166. Now imagine 3 people using this silent bow. All 3 form a triangle formation around you. There is no getting out of that. I have tried every way i can think of other then phasing out and running at which point im still shot at by at least 2 or so.

@E9ine_AC In the Arena yeah. Probably needs a nerf outside of the arena as well.

The Arena is a strange place though. Certain guns that work in the BR mode don't work in the Arena mode. I don't go near snipers in the arena mode.

@DarthValtrex I have made a post to suggest it to be only obtained in later rounds. A cost of 850 I feel would help balance it out.

@E9ine_AC I think the entire crafting system is going to need adjustments. The way abilities work in that mode just does not make sense. Some legends have really strong passives and tactical so they don't need to purchase their ult. That allows them to spend all their crafting mats on weapons. While other legends sort of require their ult.

Some guns really require attachments to be viable while others don't.

It's a new system and mode entirely, I'm not worried about it at all. They'll be reviewing the data from the mode and making adjustments to it as required.

@DarthValtrex What you mention about abilities in arenas is a huge issue. I feel like I cant run caustic in the mode because he is gigantic and his tactical is useless until you get the prime spot, which is never.

@hayhor I have actually not seen a single caustic in any of my games in arena. Sad to because end game he could become very vital on the last ring. but where he stands before final rings is another story. Just no use for his abilities as at that point most are mid/long range fighting till round 3 or higher.

@E9ine_AC Yeah I kind of feel that way about Wattson she's not terrible but the shield regen passive is just to slow, fences have little use and the interceptor tower is expensive to get/use. Her ult definitely has a huge impact though.

I think Crypto and Loba are probably the two worst legends for the mode.

@E9ine_ACIn the hour I played I had multiple 5 kill games as Caustic but yeah when facing better people I'd get blitzed so my plan is next time I play to try other characters.
If the character was normal sized I can probably make it work.

@DarthValtrex Funny I was thinking of trying Wattson for the automatic shield regen but you are not giving me hope now.

@hayhor She's not terrible, I had a few 3 game wins streak with her. It's just the mode is such a fast pace. You don't have time to hide in a corner and wait for the shield regen to do much. It does give you a few extra hit points that the enemy does not get.

I feel like Fuse or ramp would actually be decent in this mode the knuckle cluster stuns and does some damage. Ramps walls and the increase in ammo she gets on LMG.
