Anyone have tips on better servers to play on at certain times?

I was wondering if anyone knows which lobbies are better to play on for getting fewer cheater lobbies at different times of the day?  Last night I played on ap northwest and did not run into even one cheater lobby at all, and I managed to even win a wildcard match with two people playing with me that were not modded.  However, I tried the same server today during the day and all lobbies were pretty much cheaters and I couldn't even get one kill most of the time except when we managed to sneak up on someone.  So, I think some servers are better to play on at differing times of the day.

The one I discovered that has the worst lobbies is my home server us west.  I have not yet been able to get a pubs or ranked trios match, it just says "1 person in que" each time I try to get a game (weirdly enough it has done this the whole season), and in mixtape and wildcard you can't even get one shot in, there is almost no hit reg and every player has no recoil at all when you view the death replays and is also using rapid fire/aimbot.  So, I avoid this server even though the ping is less.  The ap northwest server had high ping, but no packet loss, and it is packet loss you want to avoid right?

I have been experimenting with us east and have gotten some decent results in the early evening.  However, late at night it can be hit and miss, maybe like 3 fair lobbies in a row and then you get the bad ones again.

I'm curious if any of you have figured out which servers are better to play on, and at which times of day would you recommend them?  Also, I'm not referring to lobbies with less skilled players, I had a lot of lobbies that were not cheater lobbies that had top skilled players on the right side of the graph and I got killed on the hot drop, but you could tell the players were not cheating, it was just better coordinated teams and better shots with them being quicker at grabbing the better guns, lol.  I'm just referring to fewer players using the hacks where the games are so unfair you can't even participate.  Just by switching servers sometimes I've managed to get fairer games.  (By the way, I'm on the US Pacific time zone)
