Apex account banned, but ban does not show up on EA’s ban history

  • Hi! My account on Apex won’t work anymore, everytime I connect to a match it bring me to the home screen and it’ll say that “the client’s game account has been banned: Banned. I don’t know why this happened, this started on december of 202, I’ve never cheated nor have I tried to cheat. I tried to dispute this a few months back but it was never on my ban history, fast forward today and I tried it again and I still can’t play, I tried to dispute the ban again but it’s still not on my ban history and I don’t know why? I’m just really confused cuz if there aren’t any bans on my account then why does it say that I’m banned to play matchmaking on apex? Please I really need help because I don’t want to lose my progress on that account. Thank you I hope this gets resolved soon!!
