Apex account banned (didn't received any e-mail)

Hey, my apex account (along with my origin account) was banned, it says "my account is banned permanently" when i tried to log in via website, but i haven't received any e-mail regarding the ban, i have checked all e-mails including spam and trash. what is this mean? can i get back my account?, i didn't use any illegal program nor cheat. Thanks

I am going to suggest everyone who plays Apex turn on 2 step authentication. These incidents of people getting banned for no known reason seem to be increasing.

@Palor0 I don’t know why someone would hack an account just to use cheats, for a free game that they can create endless accounts for.. unless they think it’s funny to get innocent peoples accounts banned.

There could be other reasons for the bans as well.

thanks for the reply, but how about the part where i didn't received any single e-mail regarding the ban, because EA said whoever gets account banned, should received the notification before.

@SapiMakanKuda The same advice you've been given still applies, nobody on this forum can revert bans etc, you need to use the support section for it.

Sometimes emails take a longer time to arrive but you should get it sooner or later

well, finally after 12 days of waiting, my account is back to game again. Thanks EA and thanks everyone here for all your replies and helps.
