Unfortunately we can't help with bans at all here on the EA forums. You can try reaching out to our terms of service team again to see if they will overturn the ban. They have the final say in such matters.

Hello, my EA account and Steam account were compromised. My Steam account name was changed without my permission, and my Apex Legends account was also accessed by an unauthorized person. The Apex Legends account was permanently banned after the compromise. I already submitted a ban appeal, but it was denied. I am unable to submit another appeal. I am the legitimate owner of the account and would like to report the account compromise and request help with my banned Apex Legends account.
