This morning when i got out of my online classes I was going to play some apex with my brother. We were entering a match and right after the loading screen I get a big error saying ERROR: ACCOUNT BANNED. This confused me because i literally did nothing to be banned. The wierd thing is that i can load into firing range no problem, i can run around, shoot, do whatever i want. The lobby and the Firing range are the 2 things i can access. I filed a report and am waiting on that, but while i wait i thought I would ask the Community. Is this normally what happens to banned players? Do they have access to the lobby and Firing range or is this a bug that I am Victim of. If someone from EA has access to logs showing my ban reason I would also like to know that.

How to dispute the ban and so on. I have heard disputes and getting a resolution can be a slow process. There is not much the forum can do to help you with disputing the ban.

Hi @Eiscu has your problem getting banned being resolved? I noticed that you posted your concern last June. The same thing just happened to me right now as I was playing with my friends. I just wanted to know how long does it take to have the ban removed from your account if your ban has been lifted or this is still in process? seems like the replies are noting that it takes some time before something happens. hope all goes well with you and hope you can enjoy playing apex again.
As for me I wish my ban should be lifted. I just recently purchased 100 apex packs. LOL! September Sale went on.. It would be such a waste and I will get really frustrated if my ban will not be lifted.

@Alpapichupaps It's not a quick process I'm afraid bud. Have you already filed an appeal for your case? If not I would highly recommend you do so. Any evidence you can provide to prove your innocence would be a great help too.

I made 3 appeals which I believe is the max, I really wished my ban would have been lifted but it’s not looking likely.

I was Banned too for no reason I might of gotten Hacked or something I was away from apex for a couple months but its the same with me I can get into the lobby and firing range but nothing else

@EctoSpirit This is only something the TOS team can address. You will need to file a ticket with them to contest the ban. Provide as much information as you can to prove you are the owner of account they will have checks on their end as well for other things.

@EctoSpirit No im sure they will assume your the owner and such. Just something i tend to tell people just to give everything they can to prove ownership and it possibly being compromised. They have HWID checks and can see if your pc was the main source of all logins then all sudden it has changed to another location.

Also go in and add 2 step verification generate apex codes and use a encrypted password (As a example) 9x8nh^gTT{gY9*L(

Never use same passwords across different emails / logins and such always have different settings for it.
