Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hey guys, the account I'm on is banned right now in Apex Legends for “boosting”, I received a penalty then later a ban. I also had another account banned around the same time but support unbanned it with a live chat a long time ago, they were both compromised around the same time i must have gotten hacked from the clues lol.

i just want to know, i have made probably 2 or 3 ban appeals (currently waiting on one) if anyone has had a successful appeal?

also, would like to note with my other account, i recovered it hacked and got it unbanned all through live chat. With my account right now, i recovered it but support tells me they cannot unban me through live chat? Seems really odd…. I’d appreciate if anyone has info on that and if they have had a similar issue.
