APEX clan viewing

Okay so I need help. I'm on apex and my account for pc and ps4 are both the same, now my issue isn't anything crazy and I don't want to unlink anything but when I go on my pc account on apex it says I'm in the clan I wanna be in but I cant view anything on it. it says account already in clan. when I view my profile my clan tag is there, I just wanna be able to view my clan on computer. plz help

I have the same issue. I want to have my son in my clan (Switch) but being new to owning an EA game I somehow linked his account to my email and also my PS4 account. Now I can't see him in the club and it won't let him join. But it does give him the clan tag.
We can't reliably join a party together either. I invite him but it never goes through 98% of the time.
