Ring timer needs to leave

With the increase in ring dmg... no more heat shields... like please... here is another eff you.

So i res my team in the ring because we had a prolonged fight.

I die from the res timer to 0 -_-. 

They respawn me on the edge right before next closing.

I get 5 seconds to get in ring as its closing post spawn.

C'mon. This is the worst and most silly thing you implemented in the longest time. Get rid of it. IT's so unclear and random. BS
