Community ManagerYou said they refunded you for the codes. Codes are generally disabled/revoked when a refund is initiated. We recommend contacting Best Buy Support directly if you have any questions regarding that purchase. We unfortunately do not have any visibility around that transaction.
The first two I bought were refunded but I went and bought another one after you said they have fixed the issue on their end and it still does not work.
Looks like I'll probably have to be refunded on this one. Why other people got working codes and not me? Who knows...
Best Buy is incorrect. The issue has not been fixed. Buying new codes still does not work. Ask for a refund if you have already bought codes from Best Buy. To any prospective buyers, DO NOT BUY APEX COIN CODES FOR WINDOWS FROM BEST BUY. They need to remove these products from their website.
