I've always played on Xbox and I just recently got a PC like a day or two after the 26th. Will I still be able to link my Xbox and my PC account?
Yes, this just means any content or progress from the PC account won't be merged as it was linked to the EA account after the 26th.
That won't affect your ability to use Cross Progression once it's activated for the account.

Plz can u explain 2 me i will be thank full 2 u ... respawn did say cross prog have some fixes and it will continue rolling in monday wich is yesterday... where is it right now?
