Apex delay

So today I've struggled to get into games with people who want communicate through microphone, I have been in 4 games in a row and have been instantly killed due to my team running away or not paying attention to the pings I place. At first I thought it was bad luck then realised nobody in any of the games I'd been in actually played together they all kept going their separate ways, so low and behold when confronted with an enemy there is more than likely 3 of them and they slaughter me. After the 3rd and 4th games I quit out as it was really annoying, then I'm punished with a delay. Not that I care ab ut 5 minutes lost but are you SERIOUS? Punishing me as if I'd let the team down for leaving a match where my team didn't care to once help me 4 times in a row. I'd understand if it was mid game but I had been downed and killed all 4 for times whilst my team did nothing but continue to loot, i'd rather play a solo mode than be forced to play with people who won't communicate or don't seem to understand how team work is critical in a game like this.
