Apex FALSE Bans

I just witnessed the 2nd false banned this week. Sad part is, after the legit player who could barely do 500 damaged got banned the cheater admitted the cheating. Before the legit got banned i even asked them how much they spent on the game and it was thousands. Welcome to Apex. My last post on this got deleted/hidden so I deleted it. Ill keep this one short and ill say this much, notice how streamers and casual players said this is worse its its been (although they say that almost every season) I experienced more cheaters this season so I can believe it this time. And all they get is a lying email of "...we took the correct action..." now i can understand why people stop playing, stop spending money, or turn to cheating and now get the ban they deserve. This time my post isnt against any ToS. This time im not aggressive. So if its deleted, let this be a clear image of what this community is dealing with and some sort of proof of bias or misuse of power or lack of...

And I want the answer to this, if a 3pp is detected, a cheat for another game that has nothing to do with Apex, Respawn, nor anything EA, is it still bannable?

@jaceonapex1 Apex forums and reddit has this "hush there's no cheats! silence!" thing. If you raise your voice about it, if you provide any source for actual videos etc. they will get removed, and sending the proof to them does nothing since most likely the guys who make the cheats are some interns on EA earning few quick bucks.

If you raise your voice about it, if you provide any source for actual videos etc. they will get removed, and sending the proof to them does nothing since most likely the guys who make the cheats are some interns on EA earning few quick bucks.

@KarvaRausku I think you may be confusing name and shame policies with whether cheats exist.

No one is denying that there are cheaters. On the contrary it's something we're very invested in addressing as it's extremely harmful to the game. You can see Respawn directly speaking to this on their YouTube channel.

What we don't allow is for players to be called out in videos or screenshots, for a couple reasons.

First and foremost, posting that information on the forums does nothing to report suspected cheaters. We can't take action against those accounts on the forums, so using the available reporting options will make sure that information gets to the correct place to be dealt with appropriately.

Additionally, actions take place after an investigation using our own records and tools, and while some videos may be pretty clear, other clips and screenshots don't always tell the full story. We don't allow callouts on the forums as that can lead to harassment, so reporting with the proper methods will make sure they're addressed.

If anyone encounters a ban or suspension they feel is unwarranted, they're welcome to submit an appeal and we'll gladly review the situation again.

And yet after you fail to get unbanned with 2 appeals - when you didn't cheat. They no longer look at requests to unban you.
So it's definitely a problem with the system.

bRO i feel you. even i face the same issue still I'm having 5-6 kills in most matches... i think they are scared of indian apex players eating up their PRED lobbies that's why giving us laggy servers to play ON
