apex is doomed

Hello everyone, Apex is falling and fast. Its overrun by amazing players and new and bad players are being farmed. I just came back after a week break from the apex and guess what. Both teammates left and I die within about 30 seconds. Ok, no biggie, except this happens for about 20 more times. This game is falling hard. Destiny 2 reached a new high for players ever since they removed SBMM. This could be a sign. There should be a choice. If u want it or not. That way those who want to take the chance of no SBMM can take it and those who are scared can . The game is going to fail until crossplay. I'm not even sure that will help with the whole hey ur dead and ur teammates left u. If u want to play a fast-paced battle royal that feels like apex but not apex, go play Warzone. Does what apex but feels more balanced. I warzone, u have like 400 chances to come back, apex I feel is like Fortnite before they added reboot cards. Thus causes a lot of players to go elsewhere.

    @syzole You do realize Destiny 2 still has SBMM in some areas of the game. They have some areas that do not use SBMM. We'll see what happens long term.

    Making the game casual for the top 50% makes the game impossible for the bottom 50%

    @syzole No, I don't think I'll go play warzone.

    Just like millions of others who will continue to enjoy Apex Legends.

    Teammates who quit and play self centered are an indication of the current mindset among a large group of players. That is not the fault of Apex. The fault lies with the selfish quitters.

    Some of us were taught to never give up, that's why I have countless wins in Apex with a two man squad after the third quit.

    What irks me is I have to see this quitter pictured with us as Champions after the win...They don't deserve to be in the final Champion Squad Zoom.

    I agree. I think that SBMM is good in theory. However the algorithm is causing players to leave. I play for fun and to chill with friends. However, I can't do that. I have to try as hard as possible, even then I don't stand a chance. I get blasted and then my teammates yell at me for pushing like an idiot when I'm looking for a gun and an enemy sees me. The algorithm needs to be adjusted cause I don't have a win for 2 months and that really triggers me.

    I want to play the game to and have fun but I don't last very long, I get into one fight and then I'm dead. I'm okay dying off rip a couple of times, but in one day I die about 20 times and get 3 kills. Its super annoying and i hope that people can go back to being chill and not very sweet,

    @syzole Try some other servers. I will go to different servers depending on time of day. Sometimes I get to new server and all the sudden have a good game and win. When before on previous server I was getting destroyed.

    @syzole warzone... is fast paced? XD

    either the game has fundamentally changed since I stopped playing or you were not in the right state of mind when you wrote that XD Warzone was/is literally like TheHunter: Call of the Wild when you're hunting bears or coyote's... if you're not familiar with the scenario I'm trying to paint; a camping simulator.

    People landing near choppers and flying towards tall buildings or Stadium... people camping in stairwells or on hills for entire matches. It's BS to the fullest. Only time fast play is involved is when you actually have to shoot XD
