Apex is ramping up its anti-cheat security!
I'm happy to report that apex will be ramping up its manual banning of cheaters. Hideouts, the ban hammer of apex, tweeted out that Respawn has hired two new people to watch games and ban cheaters. This is far from the army of Hideouts that we want but this is a good first step especially with the wave of new players and possible cheaters. The Japanese counterpart of Hideouts is literally a korgi dog! Just kidding. It's nice to get some support for Japanese players like us since our timezone may not be in line when Hideouts is on.
Not sure if this guy is a person or a dog that can use a computer like that easter egg from Silent Hill.
On the other hand, there are multiple reports and videos (which I will not show) of new cheats where there's an automatic G7 scout and a 1 shot kraber-like flatline. So be careful out there and be sure to report them especially for the PC folks in the forums.
