Apex Legend Cheater and Rank System

Apparently season 20  apex legend has a lot of cheaters ,some cheater is boosting predator and keep their position in top 750 in entire season , when that particular cheater got banned , they will just find new ID and doing the same thing over and over again (they reduced the minimum Lv to play rank in season 20 ) , i suggest that if we get killed by cheater in a match , if that person got banned or justify as a cheater , we should get our Rank point back (or +0) for the example Rainbow Six Seige always had this problem, they decided to do this and it worked , people got less frustrated becuase they know they will get the rank back . For booster . these kind of people can't even play in game properly  ,( They just want a title of "Apex Predator" )  and after cheater that has been boosting them for day , gain 2500++ rank point a day and got banned , they should be too, or maybe adjust their rank all the way back to rookie ( and cap their in game FPS to 15  (lmao) ) ,think about it devs
