Apex Legends - Badge not unlocking

Hello.
I'll give you the standard answer:

Kill and Damage badges are currently unobtainable in Duos and Trios, as the Relic abilities make it too easy to obtain these badges. This is by design.

Perfect, so you can’t get them because these are the only BR game modes. Awesome.As always this game is absurd. There is absolutely no sense in all this.

You should still be able to unlock these badges in ranked, (and hopefully by next season, we'll see a return back to normal pubs).

And if the player doesn't play ranked games?
It turns out to be a waste of time.

So they basically eliminated the ability to unlock these badges, except in ranked mode. it's madness. I find all this very unfair and unbalanced. I wanted to buy the pass as always, but i think i'll never do it again.

pantugaming I also feel the same way... these Rift Relics had stayed in the game long enough. 

Most of my end games is just players with the "Map Hack" Rift Relic, the Buster Sword, and the EPG-1. The first two weeks of this LTM was fun, but after that, everyone seemed to collectively want it to be gone.
