Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

This thread is to bring people who are being banned under the pretence of "gameplay enhacements" and have now been permanetly banned on Apex Legends with no hope of being appealed.

I have now been banned twice on Apex Legends in the span of 2-3 days June 22, 2026 - June 24, 2026. I have been playing apex regulary and only play ranked for the past sum couple years while being a controller main playing on both Steam and Playstation lobbies.  

I use the Dualsense edge on ps5 or the new Scuf Omega PS5 controller which just came out not too long ago and have recently started to use the Gamesir G7 Pro 8K for Steam or the Scuf Omega which can also be used on pc. I have consistenly been high diamond or hitting masters for these past 2-3 seasons and been grinding my way up from Diamond 4-3 with these new controllers, I truly have been working and grinding legitametly to improve my aim and gameplay just to be system banned twice now for showing and big improvement.

I have been banned twice now for "gameplay enhacements" I believe the system is banning me straight off the fact of my recent improvement while using the GAMESIR G7 PRO 8K which is being used by many pros openly and alot of controller players. I have been able to hit more shots and track much better with this gamesir which is just a great controller with easy aiming and customizable buttons and tweak the settings even. The GAMESIR is a very customizable controller which has made my gameplay improve tremendously which consistent aiming and with easy to tweak settings so if apex legends ban system believes me to be cheating why are top players not banned aswell for using the same controller?

I believe the system has just taken me actually improving with this controller to be a form of cheating. There is no 3rd party or any softwares i use while playing and I have been playing legit for years. I dont even take the game that seriously and play because I am very good at it. I have not tried to cheat in anyway possible other than me trying new controllers which are a big step up from regular playstation controllers which are generally not all that good to tweak or have much customization unless they are custom controllers. 

I am lost in what to do as most people who have been banned permanetly for this reason of "GAMEPLAY ENHANCEMENTS" it seems this issue is never resolved and hasnt been payed much attention. It is truly unfortanute to lose all my time and thousands spent on my main and now this alt account which have both been made and used for a long time now. I truly would want some answers or any hope to get any of my accounts unbanned but it seems EA dosent care about their playerbase to communicate and work on cases with players who have played their game for years and spent time and money into playing.

I have been keeping up with Apex and their crackdown on cheaters which i LOVE and SUPPPORT since console is infested with cheaters and some on pc. I thought the game was taking a turn in the best direction with the whole cheater side of Apex but now it is banning legit players and they have nowhere to turn to but just rely on a EA CASE that dosent get responded to or you just deal with an ai chat bot. This is wrong for EA to treat its long time players like this who support and love their game to be banned perm and have no chance or hope to appeal said cases.
