Apex legends doesn't run on quad core cpus!!!

Game doesn't run on 4:core 4:thread cpus.

I test on 2 cpu :core 2 quad q9400 and core i5 7400.

I click on play and easy anticheat banner comes up and load then nothing's happened and back to origin.
