24 days, two rounds of accounts, one final email

Yesterday, my brother and I created new accounts to start fresh in Apex. Our old accounts were banned — simply because we used a [removed] script, thinking it was just for better ping. We didn't know it was against the rules.(PED36 and PED24)

We spent 20 days appealing. Every single channel was closed. In the end, we gave up.

When we made the new accounts, we were extra careful. No boosters. No suspicious software. We played until 9:30 PM, everything was fine. Went to sleep feeling hopeful.

Today, we opened the game with excitement — and found both new accounts banned.

We're just sad.

Maybe Apex really isn't for us anymore.

Why is a network accelerator script treated the same as cheating?

As you can see, my appeal has failed again.

I have grown accustomed to this. What is truly agonizing is the previouof appealing—every day oscillating between hope and disappointment, every day pushing against one closed door after another.

My Sibrary holds the records of match after match that I have played. If I were only seeking fun by cheating in Apex, why would I cherish those records? Why would I let my Sbrary become "imperfect"? That would be absurd.

The [removed] script was, to me, merely a tool to make the game run smoothly and prevent disconnections. Id not use it to gain an unfair advantage, nor did I use it to bully other players. I simply wanted to play smoothly with my friends.I believe I did nothing wrong.😯This accelerator script is harmless.

Buystem thinks otherwise. My new account was banned, and my appeal was rejected. For 22 days, all doors have been closed.

Yet I still want to sayill not give up.

Perhaps this account is gone for good, perhaps this hardware has been flagged, but my love for this game is real. The tension and joy my friends andhared in the final circle are real.

These are things a ban cannot take away.

Therefore, we need "accelerators," also known as network optimizers. They optimize routing to make data travel along faster paths, making the gme smoother. Many accelerators are paid, but I don't have money, so I used AI to write a free accelerator script. In my understanding, this is no different from paid ccelerators; it is just a tool to make the game less laggy.

Second: My Experience

I used this script and played for 3 hours, and my account go. My brother's account was banned too. We have no ability to use hacks, nor do we have any intention to cheat. We justed the game to be smoother.

We gave up on our old accounts that were bound to Steam. Three days ago, we created new accounts and didn't run any software, but the accounts got banned too.

I don't know what to do anymore. 😥

What I want to say is:

Accelerator scripts are not the same as cheating software. Chng is to win; accelerators are just to be able to play normally. If we get permanently banned for not understanding the rules, and even new accounts can't escape this, it illy too hard for newcomers and kids like us.

If you read this far, thank you for your time. I just want more people to know that there is something called an "elerator" in this world; it is not for cheating, but just to be able to play.

FIV36​ If there is no in-game setting to change something, it is best to avoid using anything outside of the game to change it, (which this does mean that using scripts is not allowed).

If you had used a script to play Apex, then that would be seen as cheating, and thus would result in a permanent ban, (and for that reason, I had removed the script from your posts).

If you have an account that is banned, then playing on a new account is called ban evading.

Which to define ban evading, that is when you do anything to bypass a ban, (and that does include playing on a new account after being banned). Furthermore, every game company does not like it when a player bypasses their ban, so typically the ban ends up becoming permanent for every account involved with the ban.

Using scripts is not allowed in Apex, (and in this case), the script was modifying your connection to the point where you were getting an unfair gameplay advantage, (which would be considered cheating).

Paid or not, scripts are not allowed.

While it may not be the same thing as using a cheating software outright, a script can give the player an unfair advantage, (which is not allowed).

When launching Apex, the game should automatically connect you to the nearest game server, (so there should be no reason to use a network accelerator):

• eu-central-1: Frankfurt
• us-east-1: North Virginia
• us-east-2: Ohio
• me-south-1: Bahrain
• us-west-2: Oregon
• ap-east-1: Hong Kong (This one should be the nearest to you)
• sa-east-1: Sao Paolo
• ap-northeast-1: Tokyo (This one should be the next nearest to you)
• ap-southeast-1: Singapore

If using an accelerator is considered cheating, all Chinese players, including professional players, should be banned. I would like to ask, if you do not want Chinese players to play games, why not lock this game? Many players have been banned because of their accelerators, and perhaps I am one of them because I still don't know what I did wrong. It's funny, right? I have played Apex for over 8000 hours

LaskDied​ When I had posted my reply, I had assumed that the network accelerator was giving the player a gameplay advantage, (rather then it being more of a VPN to be able to play the game).

So to clarify things better, any script that modifies gun recoil, alters your movement, shoots weapons you, or overall gives you a gameplay advantage is not allowed, (while simply using a booster/VPN, should be fine from what I understand now).

That being said, FIV36​ you did share screenshots of other two other scripts, so if either of those were reducing, (or removing), your gun recoil, changing how you can move, etc., then that is most likely what the ban was for, (besides ban evading your first ban).

The screenshot I uploaded is just the interface of that accelerator, and are no other scripts. If it modifies recoil or movement, I have no idea about it, and I don't want that kind of advantage. I really don't understand these rules very wellrding server latency, the data you posted is the "ping value," but for us, the bigger issues are packet loss and instability. With 100-3latency plus packet loss, the game becomes: shooting without dealing damage, teleporting back to the original spot while walking, and teammates' voices cutting in and out.

For accelerator is not about "gaining an advantage," but about making the game playable. Many Chinese players use accelerators, including some professional players—not to win, but just avoid lag.

The script I used only stabilizes the network; it does not modify recoil, movement speed, or anything like that. If this is still against the rules, I pt that. But I really wasn't trying to cheat.

GM.It is a built-in script for accelerating Steam; I downloaded this software specifically to accelerate Steam.

LittleSkin Accelerator:It is the website I use to log into my Minecraft skin; sometimes it is very laggy, so I tried using AI to help me write a script tospeed it up, and unexpectedly, it worked. That is also how I first learned about the existence of speed-up scripts.

When I first started playing Apex, I found that the login screen was unresponsive and I couldn't register an account, so I had AI write a speed-up scripe my parents wouldn't let me spend money.

I am not hiding any cheat scripts; I only care about the joy in the game.
