@AlphabetsMy advice is to practice good sleep hygiene. Have a wind down routine that doesn't involve any intense physical or mental tasks before going to bed. I usually read books or just review reference books on medicine.
Ye thats what I do, after I been playing Apex I hit an old movie Ive seen a bunch of times or some D type movie on prime thats bad enough to make your nose bleed and boom im asleep in 15-30 minutes hehe.
i have an hour of Netflix then half an hour reading between Apex and sleep.
