Apex Legends Keeps Picking CST Servers, How Do I Change This Behavior? Can I change something in my router so Apex Legends will default to New York servers?

There isn't a way to force it to always default to a preferred one. That would be a nice quality of life feature for the future, completely understand why when you want to switch back every time you load it up. We'll keep an eye out for others that would like this too.
