Apex Legends (PC) - Nvidia Inspector, videoconfig (question)

Hi,

i found some tips via google, how to improve my fps in this game. I have a question on you, is this safe to disable shadows or other commands in videoconfig.txt? I also found, that i can do some changes with Nvidia Inspector for more fps and smoother gameplay. I do not know, what Anti Cheat system see as cheat, but is this safe to do some tweaks with Nvidia software or i risk ban? i mean, one is game config, and i wont add new commands and second is Nvidia software, where i want do changes like set max fps, disable anti aliasing, etc. 

Any of you already tried one of them? Thank you for you answers.
