@SkyMirage25 I guess it's kind of a grey area. You technically paid for the skins you received, so in that sense the transaction was flawless if that makes sense? The issue is the heirloom itself. Which is probably why the refund subject is being edged around.
I personally feel anybody suffering with this issue SHOULD have an option to receive a refund, unfortunately my words carry absolutely no weight haha. 😛
@MandatoryIDtag Yeah, I was only gonna buy a few of the skins, but decided I wanted the heirloom since I play a good amount of revenant, otherwise definitely would have only bought the revenant and loba skins, wasn't a huge fan of most of the other stuff
