Apex Legends Twitch Prime gaming loot missing.

About a week ago I started to notice that I haven't received any of my twitch prime loot since I unlocked valkyrie to see the new prime gaming outfit that you get for free but the outfit wasn't there...

@StupendousJJ To confirm are you not seeing other contact options like phone or email by chance?

@EA_Illium No I didn't see the contact options, it just automatically shows my case info.
