Multiple gamers are reporting that apex log in is down, doesn't matter what region your end, I haven't seen any official post from EA. but this currently trending on reddit. When trying to log in this morning running into the same issue. No servers found
That's a different issue between steam and ea servers, I think the authentication token used to link the steam database to the EA/Respawn database become invalid due to a bug. They still haven't fix it for almost two weeks.

Add Code:net to that too, the amount of people facing that issue for the past 2 or 3 weeks and still hasn't been resolved. Now the game is unplayable, great freaking job EA!
