Heng_IWNL Players are guaranteed an Heirloom every 500 packs, (which will reset back to zero if a pack grants an Heirloom, (either by luck, or by opening the 500th pack)).
That being said, the current system unfortunately requires players to calculate their total opened packs, (which you could use this 3rd party pack tracker to estimate how many packs you had opened so far: Apex Pack Calculator.
I've also seen many players asking for an in-game pack counter, but sadly, that has yet to be seen.
Well I’m annoyed because I lost my account now I have to restart and I’ve asked for them to give my stuff back many times and asked for a account recovery but no one helped me
