Apex pass purchased through ea store website not activated on my ps5 account

I've purchased the apex pass on ea store website. My order got confirmed after 2 days. And when I see the order it says order confirmed for PC only.

I have tried to reach out to ea support team, but the wait time is very high. Their support is very poor.

Looking for refund here or transfer to my ps5 account.

Can somebody help?

Not going to purchase anything again. I feel cheated. As it was never mentioned from ea store website when I did buy the pass that this will be activated for pc account which h I never use.

 

Waste of my money.

    Got is resolved...activated via pc ...now I can see in my ps5 account

    COOLLOVER001​ This would be correct since you had bought the Apex Legends Battle Pass from the Apex Legends™ Official Store, (as it had made the purchase via your EA Account).

    You would need to log into the game through the EA App in order for the Battle Pass to then be activated across all your connected platform accounts, (and this is because platform account cannot see any purchases made through other platform accounts).

    A refund sadly may not be possible, and to transfer the Battle Pass to your PlayStation Account, (as mentioned above), you would need to login into your EA Account through the EA App, and then launch the game.
