Apex progress reset to level 1 in April 2024 after logging in via Steam

Hello EA Support Team,

I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Apex Legends account, and I need help recovering my progress.

My EA account: ToxicantMiku (registered in 2019)
Linked Steam account: Kumio_たまご

I played Apex Legends regularly via Steam from 2020 to 2023, reaching around level 200 and purchasing multiple Apex Coins bundles.
However, when I logged back in via Steam in April 2024, my account progress was completely reset to level 1.

✅ My EA and Steam accounts are still properly linked (confirmed on myaccount.ea.com)
✅ I have attached screenshots of my Steam Apex Coins purchase history
✅ This account was previously played in the Turkey (Türkiye) region, which you can verify via purchase currency (TL)

EA Help Live Chat told me to post this issue here so the proper team can investigate and help recover my original data.

I would greatly appreciate if someone from the game team or account recovery team could look into this.
