@REE_IM_A_COWBOY Just for the record, I do not work for EA or Respawn, Lol. Also, you do not have to spend $40 to get your 1,800 coins back. You can purchase the 2,000 coin bundle for $20, if memory serves me
As for why they can't help you, it comes down to policy. They do not offer refunds/returns for in-game purchases. There have been topics on this forum requesting such a feature (other titles like Fortnite offer a short refund window), but I have not seen any mention from any EA/Respawn officials regarding the matter, other than to state that they do not offer refunds. Repeatedly asking/begging will not increase your chances.
As @Cheese9Man said above, this is a learning experience. Always be sure you KNOW what you are spending, whether it be on a video game or in real life.

- @REE_IM_A_COWBOY I understand the frustration, but it is not their fault. You clicked the wrong thing. Unfortunately, you will not be able to get a refund. Not from EA and not from Respawn. Just pay attention in the future and be sure to click on the currency that you are wanting to spend. You shouldn't fear this happening again, as it was not a glitch that caused it. Click on the correct currency, and the issue is null and void. Best of luck to you, in the future!
- @dSKyNafinchin what would you do if you used the wrong credit card on an Amazon order? Wouldn’t you ask for a refund and they would understand? I’m so frustrated at this point I’m done asking for help. Please reply

- @REE_IM_A_COWBOY This is not the first time someone had a similar issue with you (mostly wrong heirloom picked threads). Unfortunately, if you already bought it, nothing can be done. You can refund your money through your bank but you’ll be risking your account getting banned. Just be careful next time when buying not just in Apex but also in other games if you decide to move on.
